To keep projects moving smoothly, we ask that you provide timely feedback, content, necessary account access, and approvals when requested. Delays in receiving these may push back project timelines.
You also confirm that you own or have the appropriate legal rights to use any text, images, or other media you provide us for your project.
Payments are structured according to the milestones detailed in your agreed-upon proposal and invoice. We require prompt payment to maintain the project schedule.
If invoices become significantly overdue, we may need to temporarily pause active work until the balance is sorted out. Refunds are not generally guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific agreement.
Once final payment is received in full, you own the final deliverables designed specifically for your business. You are free to use them as you see fit.
CretaSoft retains the right to reuse general technical know-how, base code snippets, and background methods that are not confidential to your business. Additionally, any third-party licenses (such as stock assets, premium fonts, or software plugins) remain subject to their own original provider terms.
We want you to be thrilled with the result. Revision cycles are built into our process, and the exact number of rounds depends entirely on the scope of your project.
Before we officially launch or hand over a completed project, we require your final approval to ensure everything meets your expectations.
If we assist you in setting up web hosting, domains, or integrating third-party software tools, please note that those services are governed by their own independent terms and conditions.
CretaSoft is not responsible for any scheduled downtime, unexpected outages, or data loss caused directly by these external third-party service providers.
While we use highly effective strategies, we do not promise or guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic numbers, or exact financial returns.
Digital marketing results depend heavily on industry competition, your overall budget, shifting market forces, and continuous changes in search engine algorithms.
We respect your business secrets, and we ask that you respect ours. Both CretaSoft and the client agree to keep all private strategic information, internal pricing, and proprietary data strictly confidential.
In the unlikely event of an issue, our maximum liability is limited strictly to the total amount you have paid us for the specific services in question.
We are not legally or financially liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Either you or CretaSoft may choose to end our service agreement at any time by providing standard written notice.
Any work we have successfully completed up until the date of cancellation will remain billable. The handoff of any files or assets will heavily depend on the current payment status of those completed deliverables.
These terms, and any work we do together, are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
CretaSoft reserves the right to update or modify these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the very top of this page.
